During the early days, when we talk about the Pre-Historic Era such as Paleolithic, Mesolithic, and Neolithic, that traces human evolution time, people used to hunt the animals and gather the fruits from the trees, and latterly they had started doing agricultural activities since Indus Valley Civilization. Favorite dish
Well, among the other Indians, my favorite dish is Biryani. Yes, a dish that has a rich taste and a long history when it comes to extracting the origin. The Indian subcontinent has a rich history of foreign rulers. Kingdom from Persia and the Turks and Arabs, have left their rich history of food and various dishes. And Biryani is one of them. During the Mughal reign, Awadh was the capital of their kingdom and that is how Awadhi biryani with its delicate flavors got its name. When Aurangzeb became the ruler, he sent his Nizams to Hyderabad where the chefs had to IZAAD the famous Hyderabadi Biryani
With the Nawab Wajid Ali Shah that was deposed to Kolkata, his chef created the traditional Kolkata Biryani by adding potatoes, which are now integral to the biryani of that region.
So many rich restaurants like Behrouz Biryani and Bikkgane Biryani follow the same recipe.
